Sportradar celebrated a hat trick of awards at this year’s EGR B2B Awards, which reward and celebrate the very best service providers in the online gaming industry and recognise the achievements of suppliers.
The Betting and Gaming unit’s high standard of customer service was recognised with a win in the Best Customer Service category. The award is a great achievement for the customer care teams, product support and trading support teams, who were commended by the judging panel for “hugely impressive statistics. [that] Clearly signposts all the judging criteria and provides evidence to support their claims – Well Done”
There was success also for Sports Entertainment, whose live streaming capabilities were celebrated as Live Streaming Supplier. Providing clients with an unparalleled streaming service of more than 200,000 live events this last 12 months, the judging panel commended Sportradar’s “compelling all round entry with great product breadth and depth. Not standing still and continues to innovate whilst investing in the core business.”
Fresh Eight, the digital marketing personalisation platform recently acquired by Sportradar, also won on the night. They were named Marketing and PR supplier. The judges commented on a “great year for Fresh Eight” delivering “good solutions and coverage”.
